The Secret World, which is a new MMO in the works by Funcom, the folks behind Age of Conan have released a new game-play trailer to go along with their developing title.
It looks creepy, is filled with monsters, dudes throwing flames from their hands and of course, AK-47s. The monsters look awesome, and have a unique flavor all about them. The whole thing has a very horrific feel too it, and I’ve been waiting for a good horror/sci-fi MMO for awhile. Will this deliver?
Well, Funcom certainly is trying to revitalize Age of Conan, and some close to the game and various sources believe that subscriber numbers are doing substantially better and perhaps may have stabilized. So with that positive note, hopefully they can continue to feed the hype on the Secret World, and see it actually deliver. Either way, check out the trailer below. It’s worth a peek, giving me some memories to the old days of Parasite Eve.
