Unfortunately we haven’t all been blessed by the Gods over at Blizzard to all have Starcraft II beta invites. At this point, I’m in the position where I’m attempting to avoid info to keep my first experience fresh, while at the same time salivating at each piece of data or picture that I’m unable to avoid.

Because, let’s face it. It’s Starcraft II. It’s everywhere these days… Hell, it’s been everywhere for awhile. So it really comes to no surprise to see that people are attempting to capitalize on the beta on Ebay.

A quick search confirms they’re selling for as much as $300 bucks on Ebay, while some are still showing bids down in the $60 dollar range.

It turns out that not all folks from the 2008 Blizzcon event have yet received their Beta keys, as well. But Blizzard has said to not worry, they should be sent out ’soon’. With everyone’s knowledge of Blizzard and the word ’soon’, I’m sure some suffered some pretty serious chills.

Let’s all cross our fingers and hope for the best as we wait… Or we can try planning selling our soul to devious beasts, either way.
