Higher Prices Lead To Lower Sales? Duh!

On what planet does raising your prices by 30% equal higher sales?  Apparently, it makes sense on planet iTunes.  Needless to say, profits dropped last quarter.  Warner CEO Edgar Bronfman Jr.  claims that the 30% price increase might not have been the best idea.  I agree Edgar.  Now, what did we learn here today?  Raise your prices on an item that can be easily stolen in these difficult economic times, profits will drop.  Duh!  That business 101.
