Bored on Halloween? Free Games!

Halloween is a great time of the year. There’s parties, candy, and some people take it as an opportunity to live out their greatest geek fantasies that have been festering in them since child-hood whether it be a knight or a Playboy Bunny.. Holiday floozies aside, video games are basically Halloween everyday. If you’re trapped in an unstoppable blizzard caused by global warming, you hate candy, or you just tend to avoid the outside regardless of seasonal festivities, there’s some good news for you!reward-figures

Champions Online, the new Superhero MMO by Cryptic, is Free to Play this weekend starting October 30th to November 2nd! They also will naturally be holding events in game for the celebration as well. If anything, It’s a good chance to try it out if you haven’t yet.

Also, Best Buy has a deal on Wii, PS3, and Xbox 360 games until Halloween. Buy 2, get 1 free! Can’t beat free.

Lastly, we’ve covered this before, but it never hurts to throw it another toss out there since we’re on the topic of… free. Bethesda is offering The Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall , an oldy but goody, for free!
