George Romero, the father of the Zombie flick (Night of the Living Dead, Dawn of the Dead, etc) and arguablly, our common-day zombie belief structure, has another fun-filled gorefest coming soon called Survival of the Dead! With the recent release of the new Left 4 Dead content and Zombieland having a nation-wide release today, we thought it was only appropriate to share the trailer for his new movie, coming sometime in 2010. Mr. Romero is also said to be working on a new book titled, The Living Dead, which among other things will explain the rules of zombie-hood. The book is also supposed to dive into highly anticipated unanswered questions like where the zombies come from in the Romero world and how the world responds to their arrival. We can only wonder if he’s going to tackle the hard topics like zombie reproduction, marriage, and of course, the cure. We’ll be waiting until sometime in 2010 for the book, so all you zombie fans will be having a lot of Romero to look forward to next year!
