This stuff has been brewing for a long long time though. The posts and responses from moderators and admin about their advertising spam were the funniest. I liked Lum's take on it all. Evony filed it in Australia, despite the fact that the company, and Bruce, are in the UK and US. Sounds like it's all bluster to me, but who knows.
