I’ve embedded a fairly random series of pics from BlizzCon yesterday. Included are a handful of pics from the opening ceremony, some random pics from the show floor and, of course, a good number of cosplay pics.
A couple require explanation. The kid with the buttons? He’s trying to win a contest run by one of the sponsors/vendors at the show. Supposedly, if their scout sees one of their buttons on the show floor, the person wearing it wins a prize; the kid is obviously hedging his bets. The statuettes are actually ‘Noobz’, a decorate-you-own doll product, much like Munnys. The climbing murloc plushies adorned a display for a new quarterly WoW magazine. Oh, and the kid? Yeah, he’s the world’s youngest (and cutest) Blizzard fanboi.
And yes, the kid is a Hordie.
