You can always tell when any breaking new Blizzard content hits the web, especially for World of Warcraft. It seems like earthquakes and giant waves increase ten-fold during these events as the nerd anticipation reaches nearly apocalyptic levels. We recently covered how the new rumored races for WoW were Worgen for the Alliance and Goblins for the horde. These suspicions have now been confirmed with the new trailer for the upcoming WoW expansion, The Cataclysm.
It seems we’ll be revisiting the old continents once again as some sort of unspeakable evil that we’ll surely have to kill and put on farm status threatens the entire world. Azeroth really can’t seem to catch a break these days… Whether it be huge magical whirlpools forming at the center of the world, an unstoppable dead king raising legions of undead, or a vast parallel dimensional world being tied to the planet with extremely volatile magical portals, the poor mortals of Azeroth are never free from worry. It seems universal health care would be the least of their terrifying concerns.
