Apparently, EDGE magazine has commissioned a large poster documenting much of video gaming’s history.  A large number of classic games, as well as some that are more recent, are featured.

I remember this style of poster being popular in the 1980s.  My father even had one of New York City, and it contained a very large number of references to local lore, out of the way attractions, and other famous landmarks in the city.  This video game variant on that theme is simply awesome.
