This story is just strange. Obsidian Entertainment who developed Neverwinter Nights 2, are currently working on a new RPG titled Alpha Protocol. The story itself isn’t so much about Alpha Protocol, as much as it is about what a sign says in the background during the trailer.
The sign apparently translates to;
In case of fire,
Kill steal,
F*** geese
Wait for the response signal.
Well… If the emergency sign wills it… I guess? The source believes it may be that it was added as a strange homage to a weird new Russian meme. Weird indeed. You can check out the original sign after the jump.
In somewhat related news, Obsidian Entertainment, the folks behind this whole ordeal, are developing a new Fallout which is originally titled, Fallout: Las Vegas and is scheduled for a tentative 2010 release. No other real details yet revealed, other then the fact it’s not a sequel, just another game in the same universe. Sounds nice! With unique sequel titles like that, who knows what’s next… Fallout: San Andres anyone?
Here’s the pic of the original sign as promised.
