eBay seller NextLevel525 is selling off his pet project, a replica of Luke Skywalker’s landspeeder. It’s a nice, highly accurate little vehicle, with all the wear, tear, and damage of the original. Unfortunately, it doesn’t actually float above the ground, but instead relies on a golf cart to make it go. Nonetheless, you can be the envy of all the other soccer moms or corporate dads when you show up at the supermarket in one of these.
The opening price is $4500, and the buy it now price is $5500. It’s not 100% complete, but needs a few finishing touches. Also, if you live offworld (or in a more terrestrial location far from the seller) you’ll have to provide your own shipping.
You know, this kind of quality workmanship reminds me of that working Warthog we covered some time back. Check the gallery; it’s a nice bit of fan work.
