Hermann Peterscheck of NetDevil, the maker’s of the upcoming Jumpgate Evolution, narrates a fantastic ‘making of’ video about this upcoming space combat game.  The video features some great footage, as well as provides a bit of background and inspiration for this title.

The bottom line is that if you enjoyed any of the X-Wing games, or any of the Wing Commander series of games, this upcoming action MMO is for you.  It’s mission oriented, lots of deep-space dogfights, and it’s all online.  Personally, I wasted so much time playing virtually every X-Wing game every produced, and many of the Wing Commanders, I fear that Jumpgate Evolution will suck away my life like a giant Andalorian space leech. What makes Jumpgate even more intriguing is that every single time I see this game, it looks better.  NetDevil may have a winner on their hands with this one.  Check it out:
