Some mornings, you peruse the ol’ interwebz, looking for stories that would appeal to your audience of gamers and geeks, and what do you find?  Some seriously weird crap, that’s what.  When this happens, the only reasonable response is to bring the weirdest of the weird crap straight to you for your viewing pleasure.  Without further ado, here’s 5 stories chock full of weirdness and amusement: 

1.  <—– In this picture, Chuck Norris saves America from….well, everything.  (Click for a bigger, more kickassified version.)

2.  The people that brought you the epic (or incredibly overrated, depending on your point of view) Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (CTHD) are now making a vampire movie.  The story may seem the same as CTHD, as it involves people flying through the air while sword fighting.  But it’s not the same, it’s way different, because this time they’re all vampires.

3.  And now, the deadly potato cannon.  (The vid gets good at about 2:25.)

4.  Here’s some nice hip hop, all done in 8-bit video game music.

5.  The monkey revolution is upon us.  If you have any monkey slaves, beware the uprising.
