• The fall of Yazan Ammari, professional gamer.  Once a champion of Counterstrike tournaments, he earned $250,000 a year playing shooters.  Nowadays, he’s back to living in his room at his mom and dad’s house.

• Yes, the Watchmen craze continues unabated, and “monetizing” the IP is to be expected.  This early review of the just released XBox 360 title Watchmen: The End is Nigh calls the game “fun, overpriced, and way too short”.

• This “scientific” educational video discusses the life cycle of the lowly Martian worm.  It’s more like claymation Spore porn.

• While we all wait for STO to be released to an adoring public, at least we know that the Star Trek Universe embraces all forms of life – and lifestyles.
